David Crandall is a senior associate at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada in Montreal. His practice is focused on securities law, financings, mergers and acquisitions and general commercial and corporate matters. He has acted in numerous transactions for the purchase and sale of businesses in Canada and abroad, as well as various debt and equity financings (as issuer’s and underwriters’ counsel) in private and public offerings.
David is a graduate of McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, as well as University of Montreal’s civil and common law programs. David currently teaches a class in the common law program at the Université de Montréal.
David is an avid rugby player and has been involved with the Montreal Irish Rugby Football Club for close to a decade.
