Shannon Consedine is a lawyer with Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, practicing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate and commercial law. Shannon assists clients including manufacturing and distribution companies, energy and renewable energy companies, retail multinationals and private equity funds on commercial transactions and general commercial matters.
Shannon received a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Psychology and Political Science from Queen’s University in 2005, followed by a Bachelor and Masters of Laws from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2010. She was called to the Québec Bar in 2011 after completing her articles with Blakes.
Shannon can claim Irish heritage on both sides of her family.
