Paul Loftus is an industrial and organizational psychologist, an intercultural consultant and a freelance journalist. He graduated from UCD with a B.Comm., subsequently obtained a BA in psychology from Concordia University and an M.Sc. in industrial/organizational psychology from Lamar University, Texas. He also obtained a certificate in journalism from Concordia University and holds a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FICB).

His work takes him to Ireland frequently where he has conducted seminars for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Irish Business and Employers Confederation, the Irish Management Institute, the Cologne Reinsurance Company, JP Morgan and UCD.

The majority of Paul’s work consists of conducting management development and intercultural seminars. He has conducted his seminars in 25 countries and spoken at conferences in many of these and several others on five continents.

Paul is a former president of the Montreal Irish RFC, captain of the Montreal Shamrock’s Gaelic Football team and co-host of the Montreal Irish TV Show.
