Siobhan has worked as a corporate lawyer at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP since 2019 and specializes in mergers & acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and mining law. She is a graduate of the John Molson School of Business (Concordia University), where she obtained her Bachelor of Commerce, and the University of Sherbrooke, where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws, Juris Doctor and Master of Laws.
