Marie-Lise Manoukian is a senior finance executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, strategy, and retail operations. She currently serves as Head of Finance and Director on the Board of Aer Rianta International North America, the North American division of the Ireland-based global travel retail company, where she plays a key role in strategic decision-making and corporate governance.

Recognized for her collaborative leadership style, Marie-Lise brings a deep understanding of retail markets, customer experience, and financial transformation. She brings a values-driven approach to leadership, fostering innovation and inclusion.

Born and raised in Canada, Marie-Lise is trilingual and of Armenian descent, with a deep appreciation for both local and global cultures. A proud mother, she values time with her daughter and their shared love of travel and spontaneous adventures.

An all-Ireland business breakfast celebrating the strong economic ties between the province of Québec and the island of Ireland. Discussions with the Ambassador of Ireland to Canada, H. E. John Concannon; Ireland’s Minister of Social Protection and Minister for Rural and Community Development, T.D. Dara Calleary, and Belfast-born Tony Curry, Vice-President of Transformation, Industrialisation and OE, responsible for manufacturing strategy at Bombardier.

Co-presented with the Embassy of Ireland to Canada, Invest Northern Ireland and Enterprise Ireland.
