She currently serves as Head of Finance and Director on the Board of Aer Rianta International North America, the North American division of the Ireland-based global travel retail company, where she plays a key role in strategic decision-making and corporate governance.

Recognized for her collaborative leadership style, Marie-Lise brings a deep understanding of retail markets, customer experience, and financial transformation. She brings a values-driven approach to leadership, fostering innovation and inclusion.

Born and raised in Canada, Marie-Lise is trilingual and of Armenian descent, with a deep appreciation for both local and global cultures. A proud mother, she values time with her daughter and their shared love of travel and spontaneous adventures.

An all-Ireland business breakfast celebrating the strong economic ties between the province of Québec and the island of Ireland. Discussions with the Ambassador of Ireland to Canada, H. E. John Concannon; Ireland’s Minister of Social Protection and Minister for Rural and Community Development, T.D. Dara Calleary, and Belfast-born Tony Curry, Vice-President of Transformation, Industrialisation and OE, responsible for manufacturing strategy at Bombardier.

Co-presented with the Embassy of Ireland to Canada, Invest Northern Ireland and Enterprise Ireland.
